Knit & Crochet Blog Week - Day 2

Day 2 - An Inspirational Pattern
Blog about a pattern or project which you aspire to. Whether it happens to be because the skills needed are ones which you have not yet acquired, or just because it seems like a huge undertaking of time and dedication, most people feel they still have something to aspire to in their craft. If you don’t feel like you have any left of the mountain of learning yet to climb, say so!

Oh, where to begin. There are a ton of projects that I aspire to, especially anything wearable. But, there is one crochet pattern that I have had in my Ravelry queue for awhile that I swear one day I will attempt to crochet.

My kitchen windows are a very odd shape, so finding curtains to fit them has been impossible. These could be customized to fit each window, plus they would look amazing.

What has kept me from attempting this project is the size of the hook. I work so much better with larger hooks, and this pattern requires a small steel hook. I'm not so sure my fingers can handle a small hook. But maybe with thinner yarn it wouldn't be so bad.

And because I so want to learn how to knit, here are a few knitting projects I will do someday!

Molly Ringwald Awesome name for a pattern :)
