This morning, I reached 100 followers to my little ol‘ blog! Thank ya’ll for taking time out of your day to visit with me and my girls. I’ve made so many wonderful friends through this blog and am constantly touched by your comments, prayers, and words of encouragement. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!
. . . . . . . . . .
I know it is tough to make it through everyone’s blogs on a daily basis. Sometimes I get so overwhelmed by the plethora of amazing posts and craft projects floating around the web that it is hard for me to keep track of them all. So lately I’ve been thinking. I really want to take advantage of the amazingly talented craft bloggers out there, but where do I begin?
As my head spun around felt cupcakes, heart shaped fabric mailboxes, and paper lanterns it dawned on me. Why not start with y’all. So, until next week I will be on a mini cyber vacation, searching for the perfect craft patterns and tutorials.
In addition to checking out the blogs on my blogroll I will be checking out all of your blogs for patterns, tutorials, and inspiration. If you have something that you really think I would like to try, leave me a comment or shoot me an email. I’ll be happy to give it a whirl. FYI, I do have issues with math and sewing on a machine, but if you really want me to give it a go I will give it the old college try.
Beginning Monday, I will post my first completed project as well as link to the blog where I found the original idea. I have to admit that I actually cheated and already chose the project I am going to make first. 🙂 It is a super cute download from Tricia-Rennea Art.
I’m hoping that in addition to being fun this little project will help me visit some blogs that I’ve been neglecting and, maybe, knock out a few items on my 101 in 1001 days list too!
What a fabulous idea!! I'd love to get my hands on some new patterns and tutorials! Make sure you blog them all!
Cool idea! Can't wait to see what you come up with! I get stuck on my butt for hours reading and bookmarking blogs and projects! I need to step away from the computer some days by turning it off mid-day!
